Indulge yourself in the unique flavor of Shoku SAKE Margherita Amber, a sake that blends local ingredients from Kita-ku, Niigata City, Japan. This sake is made with fresh tomatoes, rice and basil from Takagi Farm, an eco-friendly farm that uses less pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
The color is a hazy amber. The aroma is a harmony of ginjo fragrance from the sake yeast and the freshness of tomatoes and basil.
The taste is a balance of rice sweetness, tomato acidity and bitterness, and a hint of wine or brandy.
