「覚醒を待つ龍」という名の、睡龍。 完全発酵で仕上げた、力強くキレのある辛口です。
バナナやヨーグルトを思わせる穏やかな香り。 シャープな口当たりに、米の旨味とほのかな柑橘。 最後はピリリと、冴えた余韻。
味噌漬け焼きやなめろうなど、 発酵や熟成の旨味をもつ料理とよく合います。
Tokubetsu Junmai Suiryu Unfiltered Nama Sake
Gentle aromas reminiscent of banana and yogurt. Crisp and dry, with savory rice umami and a subtle hint of citrus. Clean and sharp on the finish.
Pairs well with miso-marinated grilled dishes, namero, and other savory fermented foods.
