All made and aged in Taleggio Valley, Italy.
Made with local cow's milk, and is washed with a mixture of salt and water as it ages.
Creamy, semi-soft texture with firm taste of pure organic milk.
Gentle matured yeasty aroma, mild and buttery notes, finishing with a tangy aftertaste with slight hint of saltines.
