米麹のみで造った澄酒です。
分類上は日本酒ではないものの、清酒であれば48％精米の大吟醸スペック。
原料米はかつて新潟では吟醸酒づくりに欠かせないと言われた酒造好適米「たかね錦」を100%使用。
スッ キリかつ膨らみある旨さが際立ち、高級酒米として定評があります。
Treat yourself to the pure and elegant Shoku Sansan clear sake, a sake that is made only with rice malt. This sake has a high-quality specification that would qualify it as a daiginjo if it were classified as sake.
It uses 100% Takane-nishiki, a high-grade sake rice from Niigata that is known for its clear and full-bodied flavor. It is polished to 48%, leaving only the best part of the rice grain.
Fresh and mild ginjo aroma like green apple or muscat. Contoured sweet and sour taste.
