スイカのようなまるいエキス感に、緻密な味わいと軽やかなタンニン。
白と赤のあいだを行き来する、自由な一本。
ルーションの奥地で、犬や猫、羊たちとともに暮らしながら、
ブドウと向き合う造り手セドリック・ムートン。
すでにヨーロッパのコアなワイン関係者の間では、
その存在が静かに知られ始めています。
グルナッシュやカリニャン、ミュスカなど、
複数品種をブレンドして仕立てた一本。
軽やかで透明感のある果実味に、
やわらかな旨味がじんわりと重なります。
どこか赤ワインのようなニュアンスも感じる、
“南のプルサール”のような存在。
少し冷やしめで、ぜひ。
