フランス南⻄部アキテーヌ地⽅でつくられるセミハードチーズです。表⽪をクルミのリキュールでウォッシュししており、むっちりとしたチーズにほろ苦いカラメルの様な風味と、香ばしいクルミの風味がアクセントになっています。Produced in Aquitaine, South West France.Using whole cow’s milk, the cheeses are rubbed 3 times with a walnut liqueur produced by the Distillerie du Périgord de Sarlat, making it an authentic local specialty. The rind is dark brown with crispy walnut flavor, the inside is soft and smooth, with delicate hints of walnut.
