パリで生まれた醸造レシピと山形県産の原材料、安土桃山時代から400年以上に続く酒蔵が持つ伝統技術のコラボレーションからその土地ならではのTHE CLASSICを醸造。

クリアな甘味と白麹由来の爽やかな酸味、磨かない米ならではの骨格のある味わいは多様な料理とのペアリングに。低アルコールで体に馴染む飲み心地はアペリティフから食中まで様々なシーンと調和します。

It is fermented with white koji and Association No. 9 yeast, following a recipe created at KURA GRAND PARIS, a brewery in the food capital of Paris.

THE CLASSIC is also made with the traditional techniques of sake breweries that have been around for over 400 years since the Azuchi-Momoyama period, ensuring a high-quality product.
