火入れの「生酛のどぶ」よりもみずみずしく、 ドライで力強い味わいです。
上澄みだけなら、ほのかにメロンクリームソーダ。 澱を混ぜると、濃厚でまろやかな味わいに。
Kimoto Dobu Nama Roughly Filtered Nigori Sake
Fresh, milky aromas reminiscent of yogurt. Rich and creamy, with savory rice-koji notes, bright acidity and a powerful dry finish.
Enjoy the clear upper layer on its own, or gently mix in the lees for a fuller, richer texture.
